The Instructor’s program requires the following prerequisites:   

• Current Cosmetology or Nail Technician License issued by the State of Georgia

• One year experience in nails in a Salon

• Have additional experience working in the beauty industry

In this course, the student is taught how to teach nail technology classes. Currently, licensed cosmetologists and nail technicians are trained in lesson planning and motivation as well as how to give hands on demonstrations. This program is 250 hours. At completion, students are awarded a diploma. A state board exam must be successfully completed before students will be issued a professional license.
